From SWAOP-friends Jeff M. and John F., the Fire and Ice is a simple shot. It’s simply:

3/4 oz. Sambuca
3/4 oz. red cinnamon schnapps (any brand will do, we used Bols Red Hot)

Simply shake with ice and serve in a shot glass. It’s a zesty, freshening shot that goes down smooth.
